All of our candles are made using 100% soy wax.

We use different wicks per candle, but generally only use soy wicks, cotton wicks or wood wicks.

We make our own candle vessels out of concrete. Since every candle is handmade, you can expect some slight differences from one candle jar to another, making each one a unique piece of art.

We recommend burning the candles for 2 to 4 hours at a time. Avoid burning any candle for more than 4 hours in a single session.

You should stop using your candle when there is about 1/4" to 1/2" of wax left in the bottom of the jar.

In order to reuse the cement jar for another purpose, you simple need to heat up the remaining wax in the bottom of the jar and discard of it. Using a heat gun is the best way to achieve this - a blow dryer could also work.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout according to your location and the weight of the products being shipped. Free shipping is available on all orders over $50.

Shipping timeframes vary according to your location. Everything ships out of Quebec, Canada. For in stock items, you can expect to receive your items within 1 to 2 weeks. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order ships.

We package our candles very well, ensuring that they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a broken candle, contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
